Adam Chętnik Foundation | Nowogród, Poland | 2025

This mural was created in Nowogród, thanks to the invitation from the Adam Chętnik Foundation @fundacjaadamachetnika . The design was inspired by the intricate lace pattern from an apron, part of the traditional folk costume of the Kurpie region in Poland. The apron itself was handmade by the talented folk artist Mrs. Czesława Lewandowska, who crafts several of these beautiful lace aprons each year. I’m deeply grateful to Katarzyna Aniela Chętnik @katrinaanielachetnik – the visionary behind the entire festival that beautifully blends tradition with modernity – for inviting me to be part of this inspiring event.
